Said it before will say again. Tokyo is too close to the 4 damaged reactors. This means it is very likely that we do not see any activity until the government gives the all clear, that is likely to be several days after the reactors seem to be stable. Then once an all clear is given there is still allot of work to be done, clean up, and accounting for the 450,000 people. Ok assume every one at SE is ok and accounted for and their families are ok too. Assume that is true and we are just waiting for an all clear to power up. The next trouble is server recovery. Was this a rush shut down or a power fail? Chances are good a reboot will take several days in itself.
Seriously people. Places struck by disaster take more than a few days to recover. Try a 2-3 years maybe more. This isn't a light switch. Hope for the best, hope every one is ok. But also try to be respectful of the Microwave that is Japan at the moment. Give them proper time to get their country back together.
