As for the live translations... I dunno, I tried the previous 2 and I sucked big time, I think... They talk none stop without any pause, so for my brain to translate something, while I'm writing that, while I'm listening to next part of the live makes the translation much harder. I'm playing around with lumosity.com to see if I can improve on that part of the brain (if that stuff really works... it's fun + makes sense on the logic behind the games you play)

I can try again if people want live translation... do you all want it???

I completely feel your pain on this lol. Trying to keep up, especially with someone who's such a yapper like Yoshida, is taxing on the brain. Then having to transfer it into another language simultaneously while processing the next part of what he's talking about...yeah I've been in that situation. It's unfortunate but something will be lost XD

I guess as an alternate solution (if you really do plan on doing it), don't go the "full sentence structure" route, like the SE reps do..but instead sit in a chat room or something and do small phrases such as "talkin bout FATE" or "Garuda confirmed x location" and keep using small word phrases as you process them.

Please do - I've been counting on it! During last live letter me and my husband watched it together while following your live translation and it was really helpful. We actually even made sure we'd both be home during the next live letter, watching it together again. Without your translation it would be useless as I don't understand a word of japanese.

Don't take my sweet romantic XIV hype time together with my husband away from me!!!!!!!!! :eek:

I guess you can skip for the info that we already know, and goes with the tiniest detail for the new info that coming up. Hope I dont ask too much! XD

Probably like the tenth time i went to translation thread, to just see you telling others to come here ==;... i know you mean good and all, but some small discussion people post after a topic isnt always bad and its at least something to read and not just a link to this thread.
