In 4.0 can we please get rid of caster bars on physical ranged jobs?!

Well, I've always included the use of CDs, OGCD, and DoTs as part of our rotation, so yeah. But, it's like between the bloated skill sets and everything: the game has become a really frantic mess and it's getting really hard for me to multitask all of our support skills, the larger pressures on DPS in general since HW, and being able to pay attention to things like space and enemy positions. I'm basically, left almost completely oblivious to everything but the rotations and the mechanics that I have no idea how everyone else is performing or what their jobs are even now. There is just almost no time for me to do support stuff now.

Was more of a general statement that WM/GB accomplished what they were set out to do. If it was the best choice to make for the jobs is where people are very split. Personally I can go either way, especially with the auto-attack adjustment in 3.4. I like both styles of play ultimately. GB works well with MCH, but MCH itself is definitely a complex job with a big rotation in itself. Hard to imagine how you give mobility back and make the job more complex out of it.
