Does F5 actually work? I was under the impression it wouldn't change due to it being a form submission not a standard page.

Hasn't personally given me more than two results: either no characters or transfer from ixium (which I don't have toons on)

I have just successfully managed to transfer from JP Legacy to NA/EU Legacy, if anyone was wondering... just a matter of spamming refresh.

Did you have the destnation server in your list from the start or did you spam refresh to get a new list?
