I got gloom purple like Joanna. Following the steps.

Your data is muddled. It only takes O'Ghomorro Berries to Cork Brown. Then, again, only O'Ghomorro Berries to Royal Blue. Most likely it was the apples that was the catalyst for Regal Purple.
It's really starting to look like feeding it a mixture of fruit is redundant.

I did an entire recipe at once for snow white, it stayed desert yellow :P

Even though I've seen people on Ragnarok with Snow white after day 2 of dyeable chocobos out, which you can't do if you wait 6 hours between each single fruit.

You gave your chicken WAY too many plums. Should've just given it enough to get 2 'beginning to grow new feathers!' messages. Check out my sheet, maybe you can make an educated guess how to get back to Snow White.
I think going with apples is a good decision since it makes Apple Green go back to Lime Green. Should be easier from there.
Whatever you do, if you get Lime Green do not give it plums. That will only get you back to Apple Green.

Can someone help with getting to Soot Black from Loam Brown? I think I'm finally close.

That's pretty close though. You should be able to lower green and red a little more to get white. o.o

Can someone help me cause I feel like I am doing something wrong at this point. I have Apple Green, and I have feed it 5 each of the lightening foods 3-4 times now. I am going off the spreadsheet that shows I need lower RGB, but I have not had a single change. Not once has my chocobo's feathers changed since I got apple green. Please and thank you.

Well the third time I fed him everything that deepened colors and didn't get any messages. I didn't feed him berries until the fourth time but I still tried to feed him pears. It wasn't until the 10th berry that got him to Cactuar green. Did more berries after that to get to torquoise but deepening his red got him back to Cactuar. I'm assuming only the first grow new feathers message is the one that changes.

So would Doman Plums revert the effect of the apples and maybe allow me to get back onto a Royal Blue and/or trying to go for Ink Blue?
