Yesh....had a near wipe on Anemos of all places today. Last night, now that I think about it. Last night's near wipe was on Hazmat. Nobody was killing the blue add, so of course, when he went, it almost wiped out everyone fighting him. Did something something in Anemos that mechanics have started to get ignored? I was so afraid of losing my level (up to 32 right now), so thankfully there were healers on their game and got ppl back up quickly.

Then this morning, Juli of all things almost wiped everyone near her.

...still trying to figure that one out.

Rescue should honestly be deleted from the game. Complete waste of a skill slot.

It's party finder story but I have to mention this cuz it got my blood boiling

Today I ran into not one...not two...but THREE trap parties for Deltascape V4 savage

I clearly stated that this is a clear party(specifically a GCO prog) not a learning party......yet people either hitch a ride and remain silent or flatout lie.

From a healer that kept dying to Dualcast Blizzard 3 and didn't even properly heal during White Hole,to a tank that refuses to use his cooldowns and kept dying to Dualcast Thunder 3 over and over again,two samurais where one was dead all the time,a BLM who also kept dying and the other Samurai insisted that I should share his fire 3..........to a party with Neo with tanks that can't keep their aggro up and instead got a Forked Lighting in the face.

I get that this is old content relatively but

A/It isn't that old compared to Alex and Bahamut

B/That isn't an excuse to lie to the party's face(especially an amazing Red Mage who did his best during all of this....if you read this Naja I can't thank you enough you're amazing...im sorry you had to suffer with me)

And finally C/I would've let some of the bad apples today slide if they listened and were willing to learn,I tried my best to teach them the mechs and practically begged them to ask questions if there is something that confuses them.......but no.All I got was both silence and lies blatantly told to my face.

As if my last week's run with the floor ninja and the clueless paladin wasn't enough.

Like..........I legit hated myself today.I was the complete moron who couldn't see the writing on the wall the moment I saw that first Samurai.

This is pretty much my punishment for both failing to find a static group this whole time and for being too late to the party for those raids to be relevant.

I don't wanna be a trap and hitch a ride on a farm party of experts but it seems like that's my only option cuz otherwise I'll never be able to unlock UcoB anytime soon

STORY TIME.
Mentor roulette throws me into Sohm Al. I don't think it's that bad until the tank pulls only in Darkside. They're on level and with full NQ 115 gear. Granted they lose agro and we wipe. I ask for Grit, they finally pull grit and pull the entirety of the second section, before the first boss. Of course, they die horribly. Their MCH friend gets on my case how Grit doesn't help if there are no heals. I point out tank is a smudge undergeared and should probably not have pulled all that (healer also had agro, not sure what was up with them otherwise). "I managed to heal undergeared tanks just fine on my SCH" well good for you, you're not healing right now, are you?
MCH leaves, their tank buddy follows, and the thing falls apart. Both tank and healer need to be on-point for big pulls, especially in the leveling dungeons that start hitting a bit harder, but coddling the tank and blaming the healer isn't going to make the tank learn anything.

People willing to die to use tractor in FF11. Being in combat to use rescue is a minor inconvenience. The cooldown will be bad if they need to use it multiple times to get somewhere though.
