Complete the dwarf beast tribe quests up to Bloodsworn reputation, and you can buy it (the Lali-Hop dance) from the frogment vendor. It looks really silly on a tall race.

Yes, this needs to be a thing. Whether it's a new race dance or a new "cheer," would love to see new race specific emotes.
Call it "cheer2," this game could do with more cheer emotes than just 1.

Viera ears need to move more during emotes. Not as much as miqo'te, but SOME movement, come on.

I'm still waiting for my "eat sushi" emote...

i‘d love to have some arc/smn/sch pet emotes(maybe more job emotes in general).
for example playing with your carbuncle or make the fairy sit on your head after a while / fairy mimicking your emotes (laughing, dancing)

Kind of want them to expand on the objects to use /sit emote on. Like being able to sit on crates, ledges, edge of the docks, and so on. YOu can sit on a crate in uldahl at the chocobo station so the option is there not sure why they didn't expand on it.

More sitting poses in general would be great, specially for female Viera; when sitting on the ground they just have mirrored ones.

Breakdancing. There are many dancing emotes available, but I've yet to see one such as this.

Maybe a playful wiggle the ears emote. Viera's especially need this.

Yoga meditation poses. Jumping jacks and other pt related movements.

I'd like some more class-specific emotes aside the Victory and Battle pose
And maybe something visually pleasing for magic stuff, like a bit of aether being summoned (exercise-like, comparable to squats/other physical emotes)

/gift - holding a gift box.
/roll - on the floor, like a fat cat minion.

Ingame emotes that we don't have access yet:
- The idle stance of many Far Eastern NPCs, of holding your hands together in front of you. Midlander females have a similar one to that, but quite not it;
- The Lalafell juggling in Ul'dah streets. It would need to be tailored for the other races, as I never seen them using it;
- The knifeplay we see inside of the Rogue's guild;
- The stretching emotes from the NPCs inside of the Prima Vista;
- Emote to let us have the bed sleep animations on any floor;
- That emote that we see the NPC kind of lowered behind a corner, spying on whatever is ahead;

Not in the game:
- "Oh-ohohoh!" emote with a chat bubble visual to it, since it's kind of unrealistic to think they would record the sound for every voice;
- New general idle and sitting emotes for every race out there;
- Additional idle welapon unsheathed stance for every job out there
- Additional /changepose emote for umbrellas; one for you to hold them more casually

I would like to see more persistant emotes, it would be amazing if emotes like /read and /bread would loop.

In addition, it would be amazing for male characters to have female weapon poses and vice versa.

Female only:
/leanforward
/adjustbra
/liftbreasts

More idle poses that are already in game~ You have the simple hand on hip one Yshtola often is in. You have the one that's a very playful one that the fluff people were using in that Dragon Quest crossover event we had earlier in the year. Additions like that would be really nice, and I imagine it wouldn't be that difficult to implement them either since they are, at least in some capacity, already in game.

A big one I would enjoy is a way to massage another's shoulders, feet, back, etc. in a more concise animation meant for each gesture. I'd love to be able to tend to friends, fc mates, loved ones, rpers, etc. in a nurturing caring way; it'd especially be a good fit for me when I'm in my Maid uniform. It'd be a fun addition that adds to more intimate interaction options in a way that is more sensual than spicy. ♥️

existing idle loops and using the other gender animations is something I absolutely get behind, there's so much *already in the game* I'd love to have access to

Ankle biting emote for Lalafell mostly, but would be hilarious to see a roe do it

the /sniff emote that the Miqote in Mor’Dhona does while searching for her lost carbuncle.
the/comehither emote that various female NPCs do to be alluring or flirty. I am so jealous everytime I see it used by one of the NPCs because it is cute and elegant.

I would like to see something different as well like the ASL sign for ‘I love you’ or it is known elsewhere as “rocker” hands. \|,,/ as well as the ‘Nyan’ hands which are part of the Miqo’te pose emote, but would be awesome if they were isolated. The dance that the girls in Ul’dah do would be very nice, too.

I want a /think emote that is a forever loop- so, it'd be more of a stance than anything.
I really love the /ponder & /think & have wanted it as a never-ending loop emote like the /guard emote- it would be amazing.

It could be called /thought

Also, a /lean emote where your character does a shy lean towards a player, hands tucked behind back

Another stance idea that allows players who want the Thief run over the Ninja run would be great.

It would be cool to see a /carry emote that lets you carry other players around. Can't use any other actions though but you can run around with them in your hands. Alternate mount action almost :p

[DoH Variant] <pc> cant take it anymore and snaps the desynthesis in half with their knee!

Hmm... Like a reactive emote? The player would get a confirmation window? That sounds nice!... Always wanted a /hug emote that worked like that too.

From the live letter... I love the new /eating variants... But, um. Who's exactly in charge of choosing which emotes will become available to players? :P

The painting emote looks cool but I think there are quite a lot of other emotes that would be better candidates, like some idling poses.

Weapon inspect.

I think a /parade emote would be really neat for some rp purposes. Like an attention pose with your weapon out that persists if you start to walk (not run). Could be a neat reward from the GC squadrons.

This made me think of "Sharpen Weapon". Probably too complicated as it would only work with some weapons and be different for different weapons, but it would still be fun.

put your arm into the elbow of out streached arm and bend out strached arm up and the elbow

a lean pose emote that you lean against a wall and put one foot on wall and lean forward with palms or fingertip on wall
