OMFG that whole piece of paper made me SO HAPPY! I'm glad we get the traditional Gilgamesh this time. The XI one is a good gruff-old-pirate character, but nothing compares to the charm of our dopey, many-armed, void-wandering stooge!

I'm also really shocked they have concept art for Cloud of Darkness. I mean if they're ripping final bosses from previous games, is there a chance we'll see Zeromus, Yu Yevon, or even Chaos (bosses that may be able to wander time/dimensions, allowing canonical appearances)?

I think the "here" icon (like in FFVII) points down at your character? I believe this is the traditional menu arrow that existed since FFI:

It seems so. I think they said that all pvp gear is animal/beast themed in some way?

Oh, I didn't catch that bit of info. Then perhaps this is one of the lower tier armours.
