5 hour emergency maintenance with 10 minutes notice...

Please stop being entitled this is only SE's first MMO after all, it's just beta phase 10 phase 20 will fix it.

Some people, like myself, play at night because we work night shifts. When we are off it's pretty hard to have a normal day so I am usually gaming while most people are sleeping.

How will we know when it's back up? Just a case of keep trying to log in?

Then there is this. 10 hours is 10 hours. Overnight for some may not be overnight for others as Ecks here just stated. We understand the need for updates, patches, fixes, maintenance, etc. What people are complaining about is the frequency. 25 hours in 1 week is insane by any standard. Those of you arguing that it isn't baffle me.

Oh, I don't think the game has poor uptime. I'm rarely affected by maintenance, and even when I am, I find other things to do. My point is that it seems like SE devs have never played another MMO in history. They make mistakes that have been found, brainstormed, fixed, re-fixed, and finalized in other games. Their QA department seems to basically skim through new content, instead of actually reviewing it.
