Really sad that apparently The Northman is kinda flopping financially :(.
Rly wish people would expand their horizons a bit and not solely go to watch popcorn movies.

It's like this in gaming too even people who have some level of self-awareness about it still buy the same games on a yearly basis even tho they themselves think they're bad.

have been out a week how are things on the forum, what is the newest gossip

also I've been reading kaguya-sama wants to be confessed, really good.

Fran's ponytails sticks out a ways and also is thick enough to have it so that clipping isn't and wouldn't be much of an issue unless you wore wings or something to afk in Limsa for example.

God I hate my internet service provider. Had a tech sent out again not too long ago, now they have actually replaced everything, fiddled with the box outside again, but now they are saying they want to charge a tech fee if they have to come out again, since they have to come out so often! :confused:

How about they fix their trash, so that I don't have to call them so often? I don't know how exactly it's my fault that they can't fix it. Absolutely ridiculous. Maybe they should stop blaming the problem on me, and actually take a look at whatever the source is. I'm not a tech, but I am pretty sure, at this point, with everything replaced - INCLUDING the wire in the ground - it's probably not on my end.

It has been so bad over this past week. I can barely even do Lost Ark dailies, or watch a YouTube video without it dropping. I can get about 2-5 minutes of internet usage at a time without a drop. I sure as heck am not going to queue up for PvP in FF as long as I don't know if the internet can even last long enough for me to finish a match... or anything else in FF for that matter.

My computer whenever I turn it on super early in the morning to try to wake up before work: "Hey good morning! I got some cat videos just for you!"

My computer when I get back from work: "Oh hey while you were out I decided that you had an update available, so I went ahead and downloaded it and need to restart. Can we restart now?"

Me: "No update, game now."

My computer about several hours later while I'm still playing my games: "UPDATE MEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!11!"

Me: "No update, game now."

My computer just 5 minutes ago: "Here's a popup to remind you that you need to restart to update now, right in the middle of your raid!"

Me: "...you d*ck, you made me eat several aoes and got me killed."

My computer: ":)"

Just got some jail time with a GM. I forgot to turn off emote display for a minute yesterday, while using the new „tea“ emote. I know spamming things in chat is against the TOS, but seriously why not private message that person and alert them that they are breaking the TOS and point out that they should turn off emote display.

I was so confused at first, until realizing what was happening! The GM was nice and respectful tho.

It was petty of them, sure, but if you were spamming their chat log...well...it is what it is. Personally, if I see someone spamming my chat with emotes, I just move away from the area and continue about my day. Fixes my problem instantly and there is no need to report anyone. :p

I agree and fully understand, but people making the effort to fill in that report instead of just whisper, which takes far less time is just odd to me. :/

I'd imagine that a lot of people don't like conflict or the potential of conflict, so this is their way of dealing with a problem without having to actually deal with the situation themselves. They ignore the other solution, that being actually communicating with someone to address an issue, even if it takes significantly less time. Passive aggressiveness is par for this community's course most days when a problem arises.
