I would love to play a Burmecian! Though, because of the Qiqirn being in XIV, I think it might be odd having a taller rat-like race? (Then again, Amalj'aa and Mamool Ja look similar to me, too).

I have joked previously to my friends about a character that could be added, called "Freyaroon", a Qiqirn dressed in pink garb like her Bermecian counterpart, who wields a lance-fishing-rod hybrid. She has been searching for her betrothed who went missing in Dravania, when the pair were searching for the ultimate in Qiqirn delicacies... The Dragon Egg. But alas, I daydream too often.

BLM here, because a lalafell told me to burn things (no, it wasn't Keith).

WHM, because the CT gear looks hot and coil hates my heals appearantly since only tank gear drops. Both our tanks are nearing full ilvl 90 gear after just 3 weeks.

Today I ordered the Logitech G510s keyboard for testing. Not sure if I'll like it (18 macro-keys sound as if they're too many x.x)

So I'd like to start a short poll:
What keyboard do you use to play XIV and do you need/use special (extra) Macro-Keys?

Complete BIS for SCH now (pardon my main hand...it might be awhile before I get the Allagan Grimiore)

We've seen a lot of DRG/MNK gear drop and a even amount or so of everything else. Gotta admit, really geared tanks are nice to have.

I have my Razor Blackwidow, but its not what I actually play with. I play with a Razor Nostromo. I find it very comfortable.

I'm using Microsoft's Sidewinder X4, was using the macro keys for some shortcuts (char/armory/inventory/focus target). It's quite a robust one, though the coating on the S key has started to peel off after 3 years.

Never had a Razer product and the page didn't show a model I thought would fit.

Looking for a keyboard, I'd like media keys (especially Play, Next, Volume) and illuminated keys. Not sure if I really~ need macros which is why I ordered the Logitech 510s. At the moment I use a Media Keyboard 600, which I like very much but it is rarely available anymore and the keys aren't illuminated ._. Plus the spacebar is a little loose on one side.

@ Crim:
First: I'll take a look at this one when I am on my PC. Only checked it via the Amazon App and the price seems decent but some people said that the media keys prefer the Media Player. I mostly use Winamp and Spotify :x

I use a Deck Legend keyboard. No fancy-pants media keys, just a standard 104 keys, but it's all mechanical and it's got all kinds of LEDs on it. I'm more about solid construction than bells and whistles.

That's why I'm a Lalafell. Right-sized and built for action.

When I bought my KB all I was trying to get was one with illuminated keys. All the ones I saw around were fairly expensive so I just broke down and bought something a bit nicer than what i'd intended.
