I'm totally in love with the new swimsuit designs. Especially the male one. Although I do also miss the less revealing kind of swimsuit that ffxi had.

I hope ustream will be up again after the break ._.

Kind of disappointed you have to dismiss the chocobo before you can ride it. Why can't I just click on the chocobo and mount it? It just breaks the illusion that your chocobo is really there travelling with you and is your mount, they are 2 separate things.

A12: The Worlds used in version 1.0 (a.k.a Legacy Worlds) will remain as is. Also, those Worlds will have the "Legacy" tag at the end of the World name. As far as Worlds for new players, it will be announced via the Developers' Blog so please stay tuned!

I know I asked this a few pages back but... has anyone found out anything about the concept building Yoshi was holding up earlier? (Just before showing the concept art for Gaius and Nael). I didn't quite catch that image before he took it down...but to be honest.... that DID look like a floating Ishgard in the sky...

I noticed the chocobos name is "chocobo" and it's the exact same level as the character... I'm hoping you can summon the actual chocobo with the NAME you give it and the level you train it up to, and not just 'generic chocobo at your level'.

I think adding a chocobo mounting animation would be such a pain. I'd imagine you'd have to stand in exactly the right spot to initiate it. I'd rather not dismiss a chocobo first though. Would be nice to just blow the whistle and show the chocobo disappear and reappear under my character.

Has anyone posted the new CE art they showed today? I missed it if they have

You could think of your chocobo being dismissed then summoned from being your buddy to being your mount as him getting a new clean saddle for you courtesy of the moogles that undoubtedly stay in the space where your chocobo goes once he is dismissed... Though there is no apparent visual difference it would simply be something you could RP as your chocobo being kind to his own companion/master.
