on the other hand, apart from healers which they have adressed live on an LL it generally wasn't so bad that it required an outburst like this.
sure it's only 1 skill, but an skill loved by the entire SAM community, imagine if Leylines were randomly removed from BLM (not gonna happen because Yoshi plays that job but details) you can be sure the BLM community would be in an uproar aswel.
people are actively speaking out on the monk/summoner rework and a good portion of that is negative, which is refreshing.
overal, i think that it's becoming clear what they're doing, instead of adding depth and raising the skill ceiling, they're actively lowering it, this is being noticed by other jobs like monk and summoner, where monks whole skill expression was how well you could bop and weave inbetween mechanics and still get your positionals in, or that complicated puzzle that was Summoner, while summoner wasn't hard once you've learned it, it was difficult to learn in itself.
i recently heard from my static that apparently they're aiming to nerf DSU a bit and i lost my shit, their response was "aslong as we clear right?" but to me that would be an major kick in the balls, since i love how difficult it is, nerfing that would basically just rob me on my sense of accomplishment from actually clearing THE hardest fight in the game, i don't care about the title, weapon or achievement that comes with it, i want to be satisfied and i honestly can't say for sure if i will knowing full well they've nerfed that fight before i could clear it, i will still be hyped, for sure, but the victory will be an bitter sweet 1.
