As one person pointed out with a fine example, although it is often perceived as discrimination (which is definitely a bad thing), its simply meant as "we're looking for people who can speak Japanese to play with us". Is that wrong? They're not trying to single you out as the mean foreigner they don't want to invite. Taking on that Japanese players testament again, most Japanese players don't know enough English to say "we're looking for Japanese speakers", "JP Only" is short and from there perspective is understandable. We don't need separate servers its not going to change anything, we just need better communication.
