wow is about to release 3 dungeons and 2 raids in 4.3 on top of all the other stuff, this is a average patch for them btw.

wow and xiv are different in many ways (servers, engine, development, etc) so you cannot compare the 2 equally.

lets not forget wow has their content patch every 5-6 months, compared to 14 getting it every 6-8 weeks
and that alot of their "new" dungeons are really just old dungeonsd with the level cap increased
