Frequency of problem (e.g. every 2 minutes): Started at first about ten minutes after going into any instanced content. Now happens immediately upon logging into the Chaos datacenter.
Game content in which the issues occur (e.g. dungeons, trials, certain areas): Started with instanced content, but now all content and areas.

Name of Internet Service Provider (ISP) : Virgin Media, also tried EE Mobile. Ping was 11ms with Virgin and 50ms with EE so I think it is on your end?

Frame rate constantly drops to 10fps even on lowest graphic settings (previously could play on highest graphics settings without lag). In task manager no other programmes are running over 1% cpu

The problem occur everyday from 7pm to 12pm, bad lagging and on the feast sometimes d/c or frozen people for 4-5 seconds.

Every 10-15 seconds there is a red circle next to the name. I also had 3-4 disconnects during total of 12 hours played. Tried different servers/datacenters.
