When are you going to fix the Au Ra customization and make it so that the horns are seperate from the faces? AFTER you answer this question, I would like to know if you are going to give us a free Fantasia for this error in Au Ra customization. So, will you?

Why do you always introduce amazing glamour gear that only 2% (aka the most filthy rich) of the population can obtain? Example = the new Thavnairian sets are costing 25 million gil per piece
Why did you state that Au Ra would be the most customizable race when it is actually the least customizable?
How long do you estimate it will be before we see adjustments to the three new jobs, as they all seem to be considerably weaker than their existing counterparts?
1. Are there any plans to introduce some sort of player housing within the Heavensward areas at all, and if not, could you make it so.
2. Also, when will there be more housing units made available, it seems that it's been a while since you've implemented any new zones for players to acquire.....
When will we be able to change eye color (for all races) through the Aesthetician?
When will any jobs be able to use Rogue abilities as cross-class abilities, and will the 3 new jobs be offering any cross-class abilities to the other jobs/classes?
I'm anxious to know the current roadmap leading up to each of the new content updates for Heavensward, any news on these would be very exciting, I would like to know if you plan on having one posted on lodestone, I look forward to hearing your reaponse!

Will MCH damage and utility be addressed in the near future? Yes damage is an issue along with BRDs but a lot of MCH utility skills just don't make sense or you could save a lot of buttons by either removing some useless abilities (foot graze because it almost always breaks a second later anyhow), making rend mind/dismantle one ability like SMN virus. Little things like that. Making it so refreshing hot shot and leadshot don't consume ammo even helps a little bit. But of all things GAUSS BARREL! If this is intended to be up 100% why is the damage so low for it in comparison to not having it on? Is there something all us MCH are missing here? And if it's not meant to be up 100% of the time can we please have the ability back to make it instant cast with rapid fire?
Things I would like to see addressed:
1. Grand Company rank expansions. Been years waiting for this....
2. Mounting other mounts while company chocobo is out.
3. Being able to join Duty Finder while chocobo is summoned. Can do with Arcanist pets but not with chocobo's??
4. Balance changes for Machinist and Bard. Both feel EXTREMELY weak now and are being out DPS'ed by White Mage's???
5. Armory bonus at 100% for all levels not just under 50. Fate, dungeons, and level grinding from 50-60 is a massive nightmare. Just getting the first job to level 60 took a crazy amount of subquests mixed with duty finder spam and without it it is brutally hard to get other classes level to try the playstyles.
When will we finally be given new ranks to the Grand Company? Some of us have been waiting since 1.0 and would like to see new ranks.
Is there any plan in the works to be able to unlink my PSN account from my SE account?
Even if it costs money, seriously. Tried contacting both SE and Sony, no luck.
