From what Bayhone said, I think so yes.Quote:
The cover image featured on Connect-On consists of job concept art. The weapons each job is wielding are things we are planning to implement into the game. In regards to which job is what and what they equip, we'll leave that up to you and your imaginations for the time being.
It seems like the weapon that drew the most attention was the bow... I can tell you that it is in fact a bow that transforms.
A harp?
Probably not.
A lyre? Maybe.
I'll concede that the style of crossbow that I was thinking of is far different from the one you were thinking of. But an archer trained extensively in the long bow can still fire at a pretty fair rate, and one would hope with at least decent accuracy.
i just wanted to re-quote this just to make sure it really sinks in to everyone.Quote:

if it is a bow that transforms, and the mysterious shape looks very much like a LYRE, on to of whatever other evidence it might be Bard..... id say its most likely a bow with a shape reminiscent of a Lyre/Harp which is intended to keep the bows aesthetic cohesive to its other form. which in turn makes it useless while in bow form-its just for looks.
By transform, I'd assume that they mean in the same way the pickaxe transforms.
I mean there's a huge honking hinge that attaches the lower half of the bow to the instrument. How the device locks into position without coupling under the strain of the string, is a complete mystery, but I'm going to go ahead and say it's magic.
