The instance server being crashed isn't the problem here really... SE, just get us into the game, I don't care if I can't do any duties(well I do, but I rather be able to do something than nothing)

I'm also stuck :(

poor poor Chris... Is he alone in that support center?? Just talked to him as well since I am stuck for hours now trying to get into sastasha hm. So frustrating :S

I'm glad you're sure. We're not. That's why we'd love for them to say a word about this, so we know they're at least working to fix this mess.
Without an official aknowledgement, we're just left here for whoever knows how long, potentially the whole day.
