Is it possible to implement a system where you can avoid cutscenes (mainly for dungeons). Once you've seen the cutscenes, it gets very annoying. I am a PS3 user and every time I do CT or one of the main scenario dungeons I feel like I'm one of the last people to load even with skipping the cut scene as soon as the option in available. If there was an option to avoid cutscenes maybe by selecting an option when you commence the dungeon or in the very beginning I wouldn't have to be locked out or be left behind.

Are there any plans to improve communication between the GMs, the employees who run the Bug Report section of the forums, and the customer service staff?
Canthor Syren (Excalibur) has been glitched since Beta Phase 4 and he is unable to do Guildleves or Guildhests. We have contacted all three of the above with no luck. The GMs can't help (even the SGMs) because they are unable to reset quests, and they have no access to the same system that tech uses. (This is a really big oversight if you ask me. GMs should be able to reset quests and there should be open lines of communication between all departments that deal with the players).
I am desperately trying to get this fixed for Canthor. I really enjoy this game, but I am frustrated because of the brick wall he has run into with the tech support team for FFXIV. It should be run better than this.
I really hope that Yoshi-P sees this and either answers my question above, or is somehow able to get this fixed for him. Thank you.

AF2 concept art was shown for some of the battle classes in a previous producer letter, is there any art that can be shown of higher level Crafter or Gatherer (AF2) sets?

Limit Breaks
I'm questioning if there will be Class specific limit breaks? Or even just class specific animations for said limit breaks?

Looking at the map of Eorzea, I've realized Ala Mihgo lies further east of The East shroud (perhaps past the Castrum there?) as well as another city state northwest of Ishgard (I'm assuming Dravania, but I haven't quite figured out the Eorzean Alphabet to read it on the map yet.) Since Ala Mihgo has a crest, just like Ishgard does, can you tell us if we'll get to visit the city state in the near future? And can you tell us anything of Dravania and any plans for it?

Is there any information or Artwork involving Gold Saucer that can be shared? Will there be chocobo racing? Maybe something similar to the snowboarding game in FF7?

Skill Speed and Spell Speed is a terrible stat right now. It consumes your resources so fast.
Will you be changing this stat to be more beneficial. I would think a secondary stat for TP/MP regeneration.

Would it be possible to see the Gold Saucer have Einhander (or a shooter) as a mini-game? Pretty please... perhaps a rollercoaster-style mini game.

Once an Arcanist gains access to the Egi, Carbuncle is pretty much forgotten.
Question: Is there any plans or or thoughts to change Carbuncle to be utilized at higher levels?
