please remove region locks from these events in the future tho! What's even the point besides making things a huge hassle for everyone involved

From what I can gather the people in charge of the Mog Station are 'above' the developers in terms of decision making for that area of the game and I have my suspicions that the promotions, too, are handled by the same individuals. It'd make sense given that they're both tied to marketing and money making. It's also possible that there's contracts in place that prevent the items from being sold elsewhere - including on the Mog Station - until that contract expires. Again, this is all just speculation on my part.

If it is the case, though, then keeping us up to date would be appreciated. They've already confirmed that the promotion items are coming to the Mog Station but that was a while ago and we have not heard anything since. Getting an actual estimate or established date would do wonders at alleviating at least some of the frustration that European players feel. It's not as if we're being unreasonable, either - the concerns are valid and the same issues that plagued the first promotion have emerged the second time around.

North American and Japanese players, meanwhile, had a very smooth experience on both occassions. If the promotions work for them, great - but perhaps it's time to consider handling things differently for European players in a way that doesn't leave us waiting months and months for items that players in the other two regions can access immediately.

It's especially annoying since they did eventually move the EU server to the actual EU so it's like, finally they realised we're here... but nope. We're left out in the cold again for more than a year now.

New Zealander here (EU, somehow? I dunno how New Zealand is part of Europe, but.. yep. japan is spectacular at geography)

It's been forever. I really want those items, I feel so jipped especially as I am a legacy player who supported this game since it trash years in 1.0.

People are reselling the codes for Kumulus for 150€+ on places like Ebay etc...

I really hope SE never repeats a promotion like this one, specially on EU. It's frustrating.

But, hey, it's available for the EU... for germany... by buying something that is appearantly almost impossible to find there...

How has this not been fixed yet? Just put them in the Mogstation and be done with it.
