Keep in mind off-tanking Twintania includes:

1. Frontal attacks on wyverns.
2. Stray frontal attacks when Twintania turns to cast fireball.
3. Frontal attacks on snakes.
4. Stray frontal attacks on Dreads.
5. Moderate possibility of frontal attacks when Twintania turns to spam liquid hell 5x.

Either way, I spend a lot of time hitting Asclepius from the front during Divebombs, so I would keep the high accuracy in this case. That being said, I could simply swap the head piece for Allagan and the earrings for Primal for anything where I don't need the accuracy.

Also, I would like to see the wealth of data supporting this theory that flank caps are different and lower. I have reports from my tanks that they have indeed missed when under 475 while off-tanking Twintania.

Others and myself have tested it in both BC and on training dummies. Every single test has a lower hit % on flank than front (assuming accuracy isn't 100%), and likewise rear gives less misses than flank.

Anyway is fracture worthed it for monk's rotation along with demolish and touch of death (DPS wise)?

I would say unless you feel like you are amazingly comfortable playing MNK and have absolutely no TP issues, drop Fracture entirely.

good setup here but you dont need that hight accuracy exepte for T5.outside of T5,change myth head for allagan that will put you at 464 accuracy but you will gain 15 DET(well losing 6 crit but 15 DET is way better).you could also use deviled eggs instead of button in the blancket for T5.

Yup, I sub in Allagan Visor and Tremor Earrings for lesser content.

I like Buttons for the +Det.

Not a fan of taking the Melee Gloves over the Allagan Gauntlets. Sure it's like 4 more Det, but I'll take 21 crit over 15 skill speed any day.

I'm a fan of whatever solver tells me on my spreadsheet ... lol.
