You know what, I changed my mind, I don't really care if the in game character is male or female just as long as they are Lala, cause hell I even think that the Lala males are kinda really cute lol, I still however would still very much like for them to be female in real life though

My Interests: FFXIV Anime, More FFXIV, Star Wars, and even more FFXIV. Have I mentioned FFXIV?

Play Schedule: I tend to be on between 8am and 11am on weekdays. Weekends the time varies depending on what I have going on.

My Player type: Pretty casual. I like to hang out and have fun. I just don't have the time really to be hardcore

Character Gender: Female character, Guy IRL. My best friend was a lesbian, so my characters were female to make her more comfortable around me. They will continue to be to honor her memory.

Other players gender: Doesn't really matter. I'm more comfortable around women than I am around other guys, though, and enjoy just cuddling (as in sitting right next to each other) if it's a lady. Just don't feel right doing that with another guy LOL.

My Race:Au Ra

Preferred Race: Not Lalafell (that's just creepy, no pedo!). I do like Felezen though. Long legs are yummy. LOL

Main Classes: DRK, or any tank class, but DRK mainly.

Dislikes: Dishonesty, and emotional manipulation. And sports. Don't really like sports, so don't expect any deep conversations on that. But I'm pretty easy going and a lot of things don't particularly bother me

Goals for the marriage: Someone to hang out with and have a good time with

@ amaethal let me tell you something. Does he rp? If he doesn't. Then you need to approach him from no your personal. You need to ask him as your friend. Tell him that you will like to marry his character because you think the characters would look cute together. Remember than if he doesn't RP, he will continue talking to you as himself like he has been. I don't think I is correct you still talking and making your alter ego have a crush on a person without a persona.

You must be able to see the difference between your and your character and how he will react to it.

I don't think it is wrong wanting to RP, but you need to understand that you will need to inform him and ask your friend whether or not they would be interested to RP with you. They might want to. If they decide to do it, you both will do fine. He will know when you are playing and you are not since he will be doing the same. He might decide to behave differently. The only problem is if they say they don't RP and are not interested.

I am trying to wrap my head on that concept of having your character the first rejection without even your friend knowing. I think that would be true if you ask your friend as your persona. If you ask as yourself then there can't be rejection since you are the actor. I don't think you need ask indirectly. Just ask your friend about RP and that you are a roleplayer.

Yeah that makes more sense when I am able to recognize the actor and the character :) so much easier with movies since I know they are those characters in the movies.

You know I see at lot of people putting up their profiles for what they are looking for in a mate and when it comes to the question of "preferred gender" I see a lot of similarities in what they are looking for. Miqo'te, au'ra, elzen, hyur and so on, but when it comes to lalas everyone is like "no lalas". What is wrong with lalas, they're incredibly cute and adorable. But no one ever wants to marry one, the only time that you see a lala getting married is to another lala.
