If you are having 90002/90001/Disconnects please REPLY HERE!

They probably won't answer because the moment they acknowledge the problem is on their part, they lose LOTS of $$$ (massive refund requests)

But the problem is certainly on their side. I made a character on the japanese server and I can play just fine.

NA servers are jam-packed, that is where the problem arises.

They should be transparent, but they can't. The person that would make a decision to acknowledge the problem publicly would be responsible for major cash loss, no one has the power of the balls to do it.

Same thing for me, started playing a week ago, sometimes I get 0 dc all day, and the next one I get spammed with 90006 and 90002s, tried flushing dns, using google dns, port fowarding, what mods said with internet explorer, all left to do is to try a vpn I guess.

Whats weird with 90006 is you can still chat and see messages pop up from your party/fc but you know you will dc because everything is frozen/ and or you cant talk to npcs

This has nothing to do with your ISP. This is all at the end of the network hops and happens as you begin to connect to SE's servers. It tends to happen for certain regions over others. EU and JP seem to have 0 issues while NA is having massive issues come the afternoon as the server loads begin to increase.

I am getting all sorts of those errors, and fatal errors kicking me out of the game, besides.

If that's the case and ISP and routing doesn't matter, why does some people get spammed by the errors and some people on the same servers never had that error in thousands of hours.

I have videotron and the same problems as you, a coworker has videotron too and no problems. It has nothing to do with ISP.

Had two static members 90k more than 3 hours before our scheduled time. We had to cancel because they can't get back through the queue. 5 hours plus wait times just ruins whole days.

So the only thing that has helped for me is using a VPN, but even that is having an issue. The only way to use a VPN with the launcher is to turn it off (or it will tell you have an incorrect ID/password), then turning it back on before you launch the game or connect to the data center.

Why is this even an issue?

Then got a 5003 error whilst waiting patiently (not actually) in queue.

alot of people got 90002 just now but its because they have problem with their servers right now and most cant log in, nothing to do with the root of the problem

Game just shut down...I think we killed the NTT server

I also had multiple 90002 in a really short amount of time, and even outside of instances (which was not the case before).

I can't stay connected at all today. I DC after 5mins with an error 90002, straight in to an error 2002 when trying to log in again.

All other games and browser access are fine so I suspect this a problem with FF14 rather than my provider.

Having constant 90K errors every couple minutes. No issues with my internet connection. Only this game.

Playing for like 6months and never having a single dc, this error started on that Sunday like 3weeks before launch when that massive disconnect happened to everyone. Man everything was a running great during like the week and a half since early launch. (In terms of not getting dced while in game) Now the 9000 errors are back just like before launch. They made the game unplayable because it would interrupt content including long term things like ultimates and deep dungeon. Now combined with 5k queues, there is no longer any safety inside the game either.

Only had it happen once this morning for the first time in a while but if it continues like it did last time, I just don't even know anymore. Hopefully the mention of it in the wanted fixes will finally fix it.

I havent had issues today which is pretty rare, I'm touching wood and ill verify if I still go through snjsca.

I have been playing this game on and off since ARR launch and have never had any issues with disconnections. After Endwalker launch there has not been a single day that I haven't gotten kicked at least once. For about 2 weeks I have just kind of suffered through having to go through 1000-3000 person queues twice or more per day, but the frequency and lack of response from SE other than mentioning that they are looking into it is extremely troubling. This post has over 50,000 views assuming these are all players that is probably more than 1% of players having(or at least checking on) this issue. An official response on this post saying anything other than a quick apology for EW congestion is all that is really needed here.

I don't doubt that the developers are hard at work figuring this out, but at this point the 90001, 90002, and 90006's are just really ruining all parts of the game for those on the receiving end.

Been playing the game for four years, maybe once or twice had a 90k error in that time. Since yesterday I've been getting 90k'd within minutes of each relog. My internet connection is fine. Trying it with Mudfish makes it a little better turning the disconnects into an hourly deal rather than by the minute. Makes the game near unplayable at the moment.

Something that myself and a few others noticed however is that when this started yesterday, it was happening to only those located in Europe (while we connected to NA servers). It let up for the others by now a little bit, but for me it still persists.

I have been disconnected 8 times in the span of 2 days with the 90006 error.
Asking around in amh araeng alone resulted with multiple people also saying they keep getting disconnected.

Needless to say I am quite frustrated as the disconnects happen in rapid succession, making the game as you say very unplayable. Plus no other help seems to be on the internet besides checking my own pc and network.

Im getting DCed at the same time everyday and I cant figure out why I dont think its my end because I have checked everything on my end Im not even losing internet at the time Im Dced......

I am having this exact same issue. Sometimes it happens back to back within minutes or seconds of each other (often putting me in the back of queue, when it occurs concurrently as such, the queue is relatively small as is the congestion) but in the evenings, it happens in situations much more infuriating such as just now, as I entered The Final Day trial at the end of Endwalker, was in the middle of the fight with a good group when I got the 90006 error and was forced back into a queue just shy of 3,000. That's typically around an hour and a half to two hours long. My friend in voice chat swore because I was in the middle of a group fight with other players it would let me right back in but no, this error has never let me back in so easily, always it has shoved me to the end like I didn't already do my waiting the first three times it error'd me out that day. Thank god I have gotten to the end of the story. Had I not pushed and pushed and pushed I may not have gotten so lucky as to be able to experience even this much of it. For the others who are stuck unable to see it this far, this is pretty damn unacceptable.

I also tried all of the fixes listed on every forum, every support page, every site I could find (from whitelisting on my firewall, to clearing my cache and cookies, to admin, to router fixes to so many fetch this fetch that fixes). To no avail. Here I sit still experiencing the same issues along with far too many others. It is indeed not just on our end.

One hundred and fifty two floors. ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY TWO DAMN FLOORS AND 6 HOURS WASTED WITH THE SAME 90002 ERROR THATS BEEN GOING ON SINCE BEFORE ENDWALKER.

This has been an issue FOR WEEKS BEFORE ENDWALKER. I don't know what to do anymore.

I might be crying out into the void but since I literally can't do the one thing that I've been wanting to do more months continue to be delayed because of this error, I might as well just cancel the sub.

Having the problem as soon as I get logged in i get 90002. Internet is perfect and my wife is next to me working perfectly. Also I noticed this has only affected my MAIN character and none of my alts that are on the SAME server so Im not sure whats going on. If I log in on PS5 it works perfect but I want to play on my PC

Yep still getting 900002 on Gilgamesh, was running around town and boom, disconnected. Internet is working perfectly with no disconnects from anything else.

NAM once again disconnecting with a lovely 90002 error, then providing a beautiful 2002 Lobby error immediately after.

Japanese server (my alt is on it) is running just fine, hasn't got any problems whatsoever.

For the love of god speak to whoever is providing your services to your data centres, this has been getting worse (consistently) over the last 1-2 weeks and it's at the point that once this error starts happening you can't play anymore.

alt on Aegis (Japanese server) 3 disconnects due to 90002 in half an hour.
Game client 'seemed' to start up slowly after each.
It's currently night-time for the Japanese server, so population should be relatively low - still a small 1-2 digit queue though.

I'm trying to login during the low peak hours which gets me straight into servers. Then I get rapidly the 90006 and 90002 errors. I can't even farm the trials because of this out of fear that I get DC'd at any moments notice.

Everytime I run Praetorium during prime time I get 90002. Today I got 90002 2 times, one after a sage quest cutscene and one after the first Gaius cutscene in Prae.

Welp! Must post here yet again because not even VPN is enough to bypass the infamous 90006 error. First day in month that I can play with my friends and they are being booted while attempting to do anything.. much fun!

Holding back as we are all feisty over here and I do not wish to say things I may regret. You have multiple unstable nodes within the NTT network. You have had multiple unstable nodes within the NTT network. Please think about re-evaluating your system administration team and their ability to perform their job during your next hiring quota.

I've started gettin 90002 errors when in dungeons since the 6.01 patch. Had been fine previously.

Never had any connection issues until today, on Christmas day of all day. Was fine in the day and then suddenly kept having connection issues 90006. Able to log into game and then disconnect almost immediately.

I never had issues too until today. I have been having constant 90006 error for the past 4hours. same problem as what you experienced. log into game and then disconnected almost immediately. Cant even play for the past 4 hours. and I am still facing this problem right now. :(

Yes me too! Was playable in the day but totally unplayable now. I thought I was the only one.

I found a workaround for constant 90006 disconnects, which is to use a VPN. No disconnecting issues after that. Would be nice if I didn't have to rely on VPN for stable connections though.

Last night suddently my connection to server are dropping, it's connecting but it's really unstable.... I don't know why suddently it drop like that, I contacted my ISP to restart the connection from their side which most of the time solved this problem but no, it keeps happening, wanna download VPN and see how it goes
