Transfers are up!

My friends were able to transfer. See how easy that was SE? It's not hard to have good customer service, you just have to stop trying to F*** your customers in the A**!

I got in to Excalibur this morning, but the pain of the process still lingers.

Got Hyperion to let me on after refreshing around 4:41 AM PST... time for bed.

Anyone who was able to transfer to ragnarok?

how much time taking to transfer after the request is made normally?

When I tried today at 7am eastern it took 6 minutes.

Do something about "Regarding Character Creation Restrictions: Follow-up"!!

Both 4:00am and 8:00am "Regarding Character Creation Restrictions: Follow-up" showed that all NA/EU servers are open, but I still can't pick Leviathan server. I get there is no character available for world transfer!!

Completed the form for my transfer from Ridill to Ragnarok this morning at 11:44, at exactly the same time as my GF transferred from Faerie to Ragnarok. I still haven't been transferred over, but my GF was transferred in 10 minutes! Plus a mate has transferred from Ridill to Ragnarok this afternoon and it took 5 minutes!

Please just transfer me over to Ragnarok and stop making fun of me! :'(

(although it seems as if Ragnarok may well have fallen over anyway...)

I would like to once again apologize for the inconveniences the recent World Transfer issues are causing. Based on the information we have been receiving there are aspects that have already been resolved.

Regarding the selection of crowded worlds, as announced on Lodestone news, we’ve now made it possible to select overcrowded worlds as destinations for World Transfer; however, please note that if the concurrency cap is exceeded we will not be able to accept the request for transfer to the World, and we appreciate your understanding.

Additionally, the development team is aware of the 11003 error that is being experienced, and they are currently investigating the issue. There is a possibility that this error is being generated due to your browser, so please try using a different browser while the team works on fixing this issue.

It is not even possible to select Leviathan server. I can't even make a request!
I couldn't even request for server transfer because the system couldn't obtain character data correctly. I have been trying this since the beginning, and now I lost the chance to transfer to destination world. Do you really think that I can accept this situation?!

To all the people looking to get on Excalibur & Hyperion. Try aroun 3-6 AM PST. Worked well for me and I was having the same problems you guys where.

Why isn't there a queue system in place? Not one for the logon server but for the world population. If population is currently higher than 10k you get put in a queue and wait for people to log off? Why doesn't this exist??

So my question is: may i use the world trasnfer twice?
EX: im on behemoth, i wanna go to leviathan, but after 2 days i wanna move to another server, may i still use it for free? trasnfering the same toon.

Can't you see Leviathan server is a server that Character Creation Possible?
If Leviathan server is possible to create a character, why can't we even pick that server as my destination world? I still can't even apply for transfer right now as Camate mentioned.

Dear community reps, can you please press for an answer as to WHEN we can transfer off legacy servers? Any reasoning for disallowing this is pretty moot at this point, and I'd really like to play with my friends. I get that they're set against it for now. All I'm asking for is a month & year. Please please please help us get an answer for this. I don't want to keep dumping more time & effort into my character on legacy server if it's going to be a year or more before I can go play with my friends.

Also, since this free transfer was for a "unexpected amount of people and blah blah blah and character limitations" and legacy worlds can't transfer during this time, will the "Legacy" people get a free transfer to at a later date to move off a legacy server? I would like it to be rather soon, because I feel i'm wasting time with another character I have on another server. I created it because the world i am on is always being worked on or I couldn't make another character.

Made my application for transfer last night. The application went smoothly with no problems and I have already been able to log in on my new server. As far as I can tell the actual transfer took about one minute, less time than the application.

32hs waiting for the second e-mail (the one i think i'll never receive, they'll not gonna transfer me for some stupid reasone that is located somewhere in underworld, and it's not their fault(

Someones says can transfer, others says can't...please can somebody tell me as can or not.....i just try to transfer until tuesday and all time i get UNABLE TO TRANSFER .....but i get all good, no retainer, no instances...blblbla.

If you are trying to transfer the character you have listed on the forum to Leviathan you will not be able to. Characters on a Legacy world such as Hyperion are unable to transfer to non legacy worlds.

I don't like that fact that we as Legacy members aren't able to transfer to a non-world legacy server. If you're worried about carried over characters from 1.0 manipulating the market, its been done already without having all those level 50's. I have 16 FRIENDS who I played with for 8 YEARS who has gathered in a particular server and I am unable to play with them. This is extremely disappointing and regardless of what anyway says, this restriction should NOT has been placed... and I say that regardless of how many players I know on a particular server. This "prevention" measure is unnecessary, regardless of what people do, you will have players to try another way.

AT LEAST GIVE US THE ABILITY TO DO SO TWO DAYS BEFORE THE TRANSFER SERVICE GOES BACK TO NORMAL!

My friend is still getting an error telling him there is maint on the transfer service...even though he just made a char on that server to see if it is still restricted or not

So I just transfered my character to another world. Can I transfer to another one again after sometime?

It says there's a 3-day cooldown. If you want to move multiple characters from the same world to the same destination world, you can move them all in one transfer request, though.

If I were to transfer to a legasy world (as a non legasy person), could I transfer off in the future with paid transfers?

SE is not letting new ARR characters that start on Legacy worlds transfer off, so it seems almost certain that they won't let anyone else transfer off, either.

Can anyone help me out, I am trying to transfer my partners character from Exodus to Ragnarok so non legacy to legacy, but it keeps declining, He isn't part of a FC, He has no items up for sale or Gil in Retainers, his character was created in ARR so no Calamity NPC i am refreshing page but its been saying this since i tried when transfers went up. Yet I my alt on Hyperion transferred to Ragnarok instantly?

They are going to let them transfer to non legacy servers just not for prob another 3-4 months

On a side note I am getting a que on leviatian now so it seem servers are getting full but it is not that buad at the moment.

I'm getting a message: "The World Transfer service is unavailable, or the website is currently under maintenance.
Please wait and try again."

Transfered 3 of my characters to Bahumut to play with my friends but apparently they are all on Behemoth not Bahumut....................:( i misheard the name even tho they literally have such close similarities name wise. Now I'm locked out for 3 days of transferring to the appropriate server but by the time the 3 days restriction is lifted, free transfers will be finished......... :(:(:(:(:(:(:(:( Any way of fixing this?? :confused:

The three day lockout isn't necessary for the free period. Should be a few hours, or at most once a day. After the free it can be whatever it needs to be.

That's very unfortunate. There is a 3-day period cool down currently, but it seems to be calendar day, maybe JP time zone. Anyway, the free period should be up until Tuesday 1am PDT (8am GMT), so you might be able to sneak in a second free transfer. If not, then check with SE customer service, though they may still be quite busy. At least it's only 1 transfer to move all 3.

I got "The World Transfer service is unavailable, or the website is currently under maintenance. Please wait and try again." for like the 100th time.
