Can we create a character for Beta Phase 1, play for a few days, then delete the character and create a new one for Beta Phase 1? Or, once we finish character creation are we locked into that character for the duration of Phase 1?

How many more options for hair will there be, or is only cross race hairstyles planned for launch?
Will Conjurer, Thaumaturge, Black Mage classes stay the same as before? Many people have been complaining their skill sets don't make sense.
Will some old skills from early 1.0 return? there were plenty of interesting skills that were removed.
Thief and/or Blue Mage, one day any day, Can we have it?!
Are there any plans to add more than 5 skills to jobs before level cap increase? It doesn't feel like 5 skills is enough to give the feel of a new and powerful job. Maybe Jobs can get a new skill every 3 levels instead of every 5 level?
will the phoenix appear in ARR?
There was 2 codes that came with my FFXIII game case. Will both of these work for PS3's exclusive access too the ARR beta in phase 4? I could of used the wrong one if only one works.

Titan, Odin, Ramuh and Shiva have been announced via concept art, through the "End of an Era" and "A dawn to a new Beginning" trailers and the official Final Fantasy XIV Blog. Will all 4 of these Primals be available at launch? Or soon after?
