But, we go through this same song and dance every time anything gets added to the store. People get mad that a corporation is trying to make money, other people roll eyes and tell them to just not buy it, first group does a Shocked Pikachu face and doubles down on the mad. Ngl, this deserves the drama. Every time I fought this guy I always wanted it as a mount......now I can get it.....for 24$. Best part is new people buying it and dont even know its a raid boss. Might as well put Clive's dog on the MS too as the 16 cross promotion.

I dont think people are being hyperbolic with this one. Stuff coming from different series/regional exclusives/etc are fair game on the shop imo. It just gets to be a slap in the face when you take stuff from within the actual game and add it to the shop. They could've easily added this to the gold saucer or something. Or even just add this one in game and sell the colored variant like they've done multiple times before.

The Mogshop has been getting a lot more robust lately, and the more successful it is the more focus they will put on it maybe even neglecting design in other places. It also wouldn't surprise me if SE decided it would be good practice to start deducting from XIV's actual budget the more successful the shop is, why would they need money from them when the shop is doing so well and funneling money in for the game?

I am questioning why a mount with a ton of lore behind it got added to the store instead of something in game. If this is the case can I request Bahamut, Byakko's tiger form, Suzaku's bird form, and Shinryu? It is clear lore doesn't matter after all given well if you know about Shadowkeeper ya know.
