Why this Live Letter Matters

Most players voice concerns/frustrations because they want to see a change. Not every poster is a troll nor should you label every poster as such. You can kinda filter them out just by reading. Well at least I bring 1 topic to the thread regarding why the Live Letter should have mattered vs you bringing... Absolutely nothing cause all you're amounting to is telling others to stay silent only phrasing it differently every-time... oh while sucking up. But we don't kink shame in XIV, obviously.

The Live Letter has amount to my expectations ( minus 1 skill obviously ). Endwalker will remain equally as boring to me, aside from Island Sanctuary cause muh Housing!! The glamours feeling copy pastes aside from 1 Shiny Katana that I will probably effortlessly get. Then criterion glamour that looks worse then everything that can be obtained through mods, which you shouldn't use obviously against TOS. Hildebrand is not for me, and yay that's it?

But we get it? you're upset that you don't want your lovely God or company Square to take any critique. So you give it a break, about.. ugh... telling me and others to take a break? on it? ( obviously idk where we're going with this... )

So congratulations to them. I wanted so desperately to be positive about the state of things. I wanted Endwalker to be the best of the expansions of Season 1, and instead this is where we are. All while I have to tolerate people who blast me for calling for a return to form. Not like they would bat an eye if things in Endwalker were more akin to how they were in the past - no one could possibly complain about having the wealth of content to do like in Stormblood or the coherence of any previous expansion prior to throwing in time travel and random anime plotlines at the last minute.

Funny enough the MMO division is making more in the year following EW than it did the year after ShB.. Not sure the point of the financials. Some decline is expected between major expansion releases, and the decline here is slight.

Except, that's not how they do things. They will acknowledge they done something wrong last time when they bring the content up again. Look at Eureka. When they unveiled Pyros, they said then that they made questionable choices for Pagos, and so they are changing it for Pyros.

If you want them to say sorry for the relic grind, you will have to wait until the next time they specifically talked about it, in this case the LL for patch 6.45, which we now know is going to be at the NA Fan fest.

I don't know that I want them to say sorry TBH, after all it was impossible to know whether it was going to be well received or not, they've gotten plenty of hate for making people do things in this game. It's more like an acknowledgement they cut it down too much. But maybe they will then. Hopefully.

I'm honestly surprised that they're sticking with tomestones. I acknowledge they can't very well tie it to an exploratory zone that doesn't exist, but they can tie it to xyz activity with its own currency/materials to at least meet the relic enthusiasts halfway.

Welp, Pandaemonium looks like it’s going to end up on a very bad note…Not that it could ever end on a good note with how the MSQ of 6.0 was written. So glad this is my last patch.
