But even given these, why would there have been a mass exodus from Ridill?

Also, Ridill was originally only a single servers, Selbina, other servers were made up of 2 or 3 servers. Was Selbina's population really so high that it can still hold △ level of population whilst filling the other free slots?

Selbina had up to 1500 peaks at time so yes. We had alot

Poor Ridil, hits 2-3 times, but not here, cant even hit once!

why dont they exclude inactive accounts for the world transfer app period until all of the active players made their choice then reassign the rest of the inactive players in the remaining spots in each server.
