HM Amdapor or Wanderer's. It was when I was doing Duty Roulette Expert on my PLD.

the willing to transfer work mostly for people already thinking to transfer to another server or if BOTH player say ok let's start from zero and if everything work out, let's see who's server have more and is convenient for both players or stay in the server they both went to.
