Probably going to be the same as the last several updates, but there might be a few extra viable builds based on the breaking points for surveillance/favor in the zones you're visiting:

C'U'Sy'Sy' - up to 4-zone journeys

C'U'Sy'C' - up to 3-zone journeys, faster
