nah it's not because you're on a US based server (or canada in this case), seems alot of dutchies who have kpn as their provider were pretty muched screwed on latency since this week.

Seems like the whole game is playing "red light, green light", with occasional 90k's.
First noticed Sept. 5, has been constantly happening ever since. Looking through this thread, seems like I'm not the only Northern Virginia/Maryland FIOS customer to have this issue. Has anyone tried calling them?

Lag started around the last patch update when the new worlds launched. Was not able to log into the game often prior, so not sure if that is related. Lag spikes for 10-15 seconds, then the client rushes to catch up, often after my party has already been wiped.
Often, the lag results in a party member in an instance becoming invisible to me, unable to target them for healing,

I have extreme delays when doing alot of activities such as crafting/gathering. Also I was tanking in a dungeon and the whm died because my game just stopped and then it all caught up with eachother and the party was dead. Its pretty much constant not so much a from time to time sort of thing. I only notice it though when I am doing something like stated above which is 99% of the game. This needs a fix quickly, not sure whether its Square enix's end or our ISPs hmm.
Edit - Also like the above post states I also had an issue of not being able to see/target party members inside a dungeon.

I have already put in my information. I just wanted to add.
VPN may work.
However this problem only just started recently. Beta and early access was fine.
In addition to this the problem started right before the patch, however I'm sure it is possible that they were doing things in the background. They've done maintenance while we played many times.
So what really is the problem? Should I go to my ISP again and beg them to let the game through? Would anyone have any advice on this?

I'm lucky when i can stay connected for more then 15min without getting erreur 90000. I can't get in duty finder cause i get dc most of time before i can pop in. So that mean i'm stuck at lvl 18 cause i cant complete the Story quest line. At launch i got the 90000 followed by 3102 so i couldnt play for 3 days and then after they fixed the 3102 the 90000 keep on kicking me out of the game. My friend doesnt have that problem and i uninstalled 3 times to reinstalled it making sure everything was properly done and still doesnt change anything. I think i did my part so now DO YOURS!!!
