It's mostly Prototype Midan fending gear, with the Field Commander's Helm (a PVP achievement item). I've only been using it on paladin, though, since the weapon I have on warrior works better with another glamour.

Nothing wrong with a bit of Midan gear, been using it pretty exclusively on my tanks since I first got it, tried other glams but always come back to it. :)

Was trying to create something that looked like the Iconic Barbarian from Pathfinder. This is as close as I was able to get.

First you need to have uploaded your picture to an Internet location, so you have a URL for it.

You can use an image-sharing website elsewhere, but you also have storage space on Lodestone linked to your FFXIV account: https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/my/image/

Note that if you are using the Lodestone storage space, to get the URL you can't just click on the image and copy the URL bar. You need to either:
A. Right-click the thumbnail image, and select "copy link location" (NOT "copy image location", which will get the URL for the thumbnail), or
B. Right-click the image, open it in a new window/tab, and copy that URL.

You should end up with something that looks like this (but with square brackets):
