Transfers are up!

Man this transfer has fucking up so much more than it has fixed. Way to go SE -_-

Exactly, We don't know, but we'd like to know. They haven't changed any of the rules, or informed us of any change, and as there's a time limit to how long it is free, and many of us are waiting to get on a server with our friends, it's a little annoying that we're getting no word about it besides what seems a very Passive Agressive hint telling us to reroll instead, since Character creation is open, but transfers are blocked.

What's funny with locling worlds is most people want.to go to these worlds for a reason I.e friends...do you really think locking the servers are going to make them not want to play with their friends anymore? They may aswell unlock all servers and let whatever happen happen. Unless their goal IS to lose subs then stay the course S.E ur doin a good job.

SE is screwing everything up again.... the whole reason is to be able to play with friends... yet they lock the servers people need to goto...... maing it worse legacy cant even move to anything but sargantas which is a dead world due to trolling and elitism. people want excalibur or hyperion but they cant change between them

I wouldn't draw any conclusions based on how the service is operating. As little as 2 hours ago it was still telling some people they had no characters on their account, or no characters to transfer. This was happening yesterday, along with showing only subsets of destination worlds, sometimes only 1 world. People were claiming all Legacy worlds were full, but when the service actually worked for me, all legacy worlds did show in that list, and I successfully transferred to one.

As for what worlds are currently open/closed for character creation, that list is only updated 5 times a day. SE makes changes based on world congestion and that is probably done at any time during the day. In other words, the list tells what the status is around those 5 times, but SE doesn't announce every time it opens or closes character creation on worlds.

The problem is that they are not letting legacy out of legacy servers and all the legacy servers are now full and i cant get into na server stuck in jp server might as well quit and stop paying maybe they will take the hint

I'm having problems transferring to Moogle. Despite the list being updated 5 times a day, it shows as not closed currently AND I can create a character in Moogle, so it's not locked for char creation.
However, it doesn't appear in the realm list. That's the weird thing :/

And I cannot force my friends to move to my current server because I'm just one, and they are ~20, with the FC already maxed and running.

Moogle just popped for me :)

Cactuar just popped for me, Behemoth as well.

Was able to transfer both my husband and myself to Excalibur and received email confirmation.

Same here! and now I'm just waiting for the confirmation email~

Confirmed transfer from Titan > Moogle, took 3 mins

So Excalibur shows up in the list, but I can't select any characters.

All I see is '--------------------'

I'm only trying to transfer an alt, but I have friends stuck on the same server as that alt that are trying to get over onto Excalibur to play with the rest of us!

I couldn't even transfer to any server if I wanted to. This is just broken.

Moved to excalibur. got email from SE. But when it should active? now when i am trying to log in game it tolds me my char is in Durandall.

Happy I finally was able to transfer after they opened the gate to the crowded servers! Thank you SE for listening.

transferred from Ixion to Diabolos yesterday, it only took about 5 mins to complete.

I managed to transfer to Hyperion.
I'm a happy camper :).

Just transferred to Hyperion. Apparently, I had items at the calamity salvager still that I never picked up from 1.0. I was able to submit my application, now I'm just waiting for the confirmation that I made it.

It states before you even transfer, heck even in the announcement it will take awhile based on congestion of the service - The rep even said it could take awhile and it could potentially leave you off for a day or two. Also: It's funny how even in its peak FFXI had no issues with Gold World Passes or Transfer service >.>

i was just able to transfer my mule to excalibur and it was quick and can already use it

looks like it worked this morning. i was able to transfer from sargatanas to hyperion just now

got confirmation email two minutes later

Why can't I transfer to Leviathan server?
I checked the latest "Regarding Character Creation Restrictions: Follow-up", all NA/EU servers all open!
Because of the character connect on issue, I lost opportunity to transfer to Leviathan server!!!

Can anyone help me out, I have been trying to transfer my other half Character fro Exodus to Ragnarok and have got to the point where they check servers and it keeps declining. He isn't part of a FC anymore, he doesn't have a calamity NPC as his character was made in ARR, he is logged out in the adventurers guild in Uldah and no items for sale on market or gil on retainers.

I have kept refreshing the page but nothing so far.

I now get the right destination severs, but for current world its just ........

This is getting rather old.

it sounds a silly thing have u pressed the confirm button when u selected your destination, I did that and the list of servers with Characters on came up afterwards

Moogle to Odin

I tried my Char on Hyperion and he transferred right away, but my other half's still wouldn't go its weird, but know i got to wait to transfer again anyway so fingers crossed it works then
