Thats BS. By your definition what makes a MMO an MMO is the time you sink killing one inconsequential enemy after another, not really learning anything new after the first 15 minutes of it? Honestly, char development is almost null for every MMO, that's better left to pen and paper RPGs, where the world really reacts to you beyond a silly fame system, and a good story teller will tailor a story for you and a few others that is really the center of the game universe.
If I don't like grinds I don't like grouping? I guess your mind might be sub-par, which would give you a great resilience against boredom from mindless repetitive drone actions. Just know that for average human beings fighting raptors stops being a mind blowing experience after the first ten or so.
