Caribbean user here. There's still a glaring problem with their payment systems. Their site *locks* your region to what you first signed up with. As someone who played this game from the 2.0 launch, I created my account with the US as my region as it was the only option at the time. In order for my Visa/Mastercard to work, the address needs to be verified to *my * address in the Caribbean. I can't change my region so i'm SOL. And their lodestone post doesnt give me much hope that they're about to address that. If this problems persists, i can tell you who won't be subbing anymore. I'm not about to waste my time using work-around methods.

I think it locks you in to the version of game you purchased.
so EU/NA/JPN
so if you're not in a region they acknowledge to be in any of those three, fake it til you make it xD

and I think you also gotta fake an address to buy stuff from the SE store. Even for digital stuff
