Character broken after first SB primal! I need help ASAP

Just came over to say, I was able to do this fight no problem but I knew the risk involved in doing it, hope you guys get back in soon.

Frequency: Permanent
World name: Hyperion
Data Center: Primal
Character name: Moon Al-mi'raj
Class/Level: MCH 60
Area and coordinates: Frontlines Fields of Glory
1. Queued for Frontlines Roulette.
2. Duty commenced
3. Get disconnected with error 90002 message.
4. Try to log into character (wait in queue)
5. When queue finishes, attempt to log in and get error 90002 again. Go back to step 4, etc.

This is ridiculous. Hard to believe there is no way to emergency patch this issue :mad:

Kicked from game, showing several error messages.
No way of logging in as same character.

Sucks that I paid the $15 for sub and now I am losing a chunk of that time because of this :mad:

Anyone knows what would happen if I tried to log in with my PS4 which only has the license for ARR? Tempted by now to reinstall it on PS4 and try that just to get rid of this :| This is seriously ruining my weekend man...

(I don't have the 90k error btw but the .exe one, tried logging in via the PC of a friend living somewhere else etc)

Had this same issue. Resetting my ISP via WAN router settings allowed me to log back into the game. My character was flagged as online while I was away, and still in the Fields of Glory instance. However, I'm skeptical to do this multiple times, as it may potentially flag you as logging in from different ISPs, and may be considered "fraudulent" behavior. This is a potential fix, should you not have access to another device to log in from.

Character: Naaria Vael on Leviathan

1. Queued for Dusk Vigil with 3/4 premade party
2. Commenced DV. (Login screen says my character is in DV)
3. Initial disconnect with 90006 error message, 90002 every time after at loading screen
4. Unable to access my character

Been trying to get back into the game for roughly 7 hours, anyone have any luck getting back in after the primal?

Some people have, but soon crashed again afterwards.

Character: Skye Morrow on Cactuar

1. Queued for Palace of the Dead
2. Entered Palace of the Dead
3. Disconnect error after loading screen
4. Unable to successfully log in, character appears to be stuck in Palace of the Dead

From some experience: If your game is crashing like this, wait about an hour or two and retry. My best guess is that instances are glitching, resulting in you not being able to access them. Once an instance closes, your character should be freed up, but instances can take a while to close automatically.

Be careful.

This will probably not help people who have ffxiv.exe crash, but for everyone posting with a 90k error after a random instance, this is likely why.
