She's the unique female Au Ra recruit, Khorchi (assuming you're talking about the one with the pirate hat). According to this spreadsheet...

She can come from Gold Saucer, but there's one other challenge log method for finding her that no one running the spreadsheet has found out yet.

I've got Khorchi(blue-hair) from Gold Saucer
And got Toragana(Pink-hair) from Dungeon.

the ones with wierd equipments don't seem to change, hes 22 and still naked

Alright thank you. I was hoping u found the real reason of Khorchi...i guess i have to grind up gold saucer orz

They just updated the spreadsheet. Unfortunately Khorchi is one of 6 recruits that ONLY comes from Gold Saucer, which makes her one of the hardest recruits to get.

I confused about Training Missions, specifically which Recruits get XP.

First Training Mission of the day I choose Comprehensive. Only my initial four recruits can get XP, regardless of who is selected in the Team via the Sergeant. Second Comprehensive of the day only my recruits 5 and 6 are getting XP if I select Comprehensive. If I select one of the other missions only recruit 5 is getting XP.

Help me understand this please and whether there is anything I can do to help decide which recruits get XP for Training Missions.
