I just want to state again... BOW+HARP = DMG + STRUMMING BUFFS

END OF DISCUSSION. use logic people... why the hell else would a bow have a harp on it? unless you could strum magical buffs and also shoot your uber bowharp.

1st: Dev team did not translate the content on these forums. A user did.

2nd: I don't see anywhere it "states" ARC could become BRD. I think the word you're looking for is "implies". Implications are yet again speculatory.

3rd: Ranger also uses a bow.
