No but setting a age restriction in place helps out a little, encouraging and letting kids marry someone older and then that bond grows and they get real feelings for each other and decide to take it further.

Who's fault would that be, trust me this stuff happens and it could turn out bad. It happened on nintendo DS.

People actually meet on games and feelings grow also, yes the marriage system is fake but what goes on behind the scenes isn't.

you are against preventing adults with minors? Almost sounds like you are for it.

Wouldn't have to block the whole internet just set a age limit. doesn't matter if its fake or not, the two people controlling these characters arent fake.

This is why people around the world are against same sex because it leads to, I want to marry me 10 people along with my pet.

There is a big difference between, I found the one person I love regardless of sex and I'm going to love many people. If you want a open marriage do that. You can be married and have more then one lover.

I wasn't going to respond to this as I'm not too sure its a serious request, but I just can't help myself after reading some of these replies. I dunno whether its just plain funny or just plain sad that some of those who were waving their flags for tolerance and inclusion in the same gender thread can't show that tolerance they demanded here. Instead they rail against this idea and call it disrespectful or going too far. Tolerance for the gender preferences and love-lifestyles of other consenting adults shouldn't be a one way street. If you are going to demand it for yourself, should you not be willing to show it to others?

But, back on topic: From a purely mechanical point of view I support the idea of polygamous life bonds in game. Reason being, I have 4 characters that I play regularly while my RL spouse only plays one. :P
