Outside coil, such as extreme primals where accuracy is useless, is allagan bow still better than elfin bow?

Yes.

Weapon Damage +1
Dexterity +3
Auto-Attack ~+6

The Weapon Damage Increase, and to a lesser extent the auto attack and Dex increase, make the Allagan Bow better.

Not to mention skill speed DOES still add dps, and it has quite a bit. But the weapon damage and auto-attack are gonna make a huge difference.

Are the tanks DPS'ing the conflags ? If the MT runs in the conflag, we found the missing DPS.

My MT runs into the conflags and when we started T5 sometimes one DPS dies but still fast conflags wasn't an issue. Probably something wrong with the DPS's rotation and understandings.

Are the stat weights for bards worked out? Curious how much is 1 DEX translated into Crit/Det.

Also, it's almost impossible to work out a BIS list if you can't translate stat weight to and from each other, I mean if you really want to squeeze out max dps possible.

Det and Dex are an additive increase in dmg.
Crit is multiplicative.
So that means in order to directly compare X Dex/Det against X Crit, you would need to know the current Dex/Det/Crit values, correct?

So aren't static stat weights pretty much a farce?

Not really. We don't have many i90 gear choices, so you can just do a permutation for every possible gear setup and plug the values into the damage formula to find the BiS.

I have written down the stats for "ALL Myth Gear" set up and "ALL Allagan Gear" set up for Bard and they really seem to be close:
DEX & VIT are the same on both gear we all know that.
MYTH ALLAGAN
ACC 81 71
CRIT 173 111
DET 44 34
SKl SP 43 130
Does that much skill speed on Allagan gear trump the Crit that the Myth has over Allagan??
Is the 9 DET really even a "major" factor in all this???
