Turn 1-2 are trivial. I remember doing it with the relic+1 weapon and full AK gear.
Just make sure you're actually executing DPS well. Beyond that just learn the mechanics and ... execute. Find some learning group in PF or through an LS, or make one yourself.

+1 try to knock out Turn 1 & 2 for a chance at some sweet, sweet drops. Then base your myth spending around what you get/don't get from Coil. Theeeeeen base your onion junk on what you still need.
Don't fret over gear too much, man. Just increase your ilvl where you can, worry about omgzperfectgear once you have so much that you can afford to. I got my ass handed to me by a taru DRG the other day, and I know his gear's overall stat weight was inferior to mine. Player skill comes first. -

EDIT: as for Coil, just join Coil learning groups and start learning. Its OK if you fail, just make sure to be there to learn. Eventually you will get it. -

I have a question about the rotation. Usually when running towards a boss Garuda/Titan/Ultima, the tank is still getting aggro and turning it or w/e so I cast a Phlebotomize first and then go into HT>ID combo>TT combo and right at the end I have just enough time while HT buff and BfB is still up to get in a second Phlebotomize to snapshot the buffs. Would this be a loss in DPS rather than going straight for HT at the start?
It's just that sometimes I've seen the mob spin in place and stuff because of aggro and I would think missing the buff for a HT and having to use it again would be worse than getting a Phlebotomize up. -
