How long have you been waiting for the first person? If its been weeks then they don't sound too interested. You could just tell them you're EBing with someone else if you feel the second person is a better EB partner and they are ready now. Afterall, if you wait too long for the first one the second person might find someone else and then what happens if the first one doesn't go through with it?

I just want it for the mount and friendship... Idc if you're a girl or a guy (p.s. I'm gay) since I wouldn't take this as a serious relationship, just a friendship with two people who are mutually interested in having that mount and that fancy suit/wedding dress. :D

Well the thing is they are both friends of mine. I can't really tell the first person to hurry up or anything I feel like that might hurt their feelings. They sounded really enthusiastic about it but said that they didn't have the money for the platinum marriage at the time.
