Request for information: ISPs and P2P throttling

I started experiencing lag during instances, starting about one week ago. My area just recently was upgraded (last month), including new modem and router installed. I have never had a better connection than I do now, however I have never lagged this bad in any other game ever and still don't. Seems to be only FFXIV, I have run speed tests and ping tests during dungeons where I am lagging and everything looks great on my end. 30 Mbps DL/10 Mbps UL with zero packet loss. But I alt+tab back into game and still having lag with the occasional freeze where everything comes to a stand still.

EDIT: I have also started experiencing the dreaded error 90000 for the last few hours, and the 10102 (or something similar) when trying to reconnect.

Couldn't agree more! After my "free" trial I will not be subscribing until I am given firm confirmation that these issue's have been resolved. I would encourage everyone with these issues to do the same.
Please acknowledge, respond, and tell us what is being done. People don't like being left in the dark.

When does the problem occur: Every day slight packet loss. Unplayable at peak hours. 7PM-12PM

Time where problems occur: Usually around 8-8:30pm server time, lasted for about an hour before but currently (after the "fixes") lasts until 11pm server time, sometimes longer. So I am pretty much unable to play at all during this time.

EDIT: I'd also like to add that the remaining times I'm online, I don't lag at all.

ISP: Comcast/Xfinity

When does the problem occur: Typically I start noticing small latency issues around 12 - 1 PM (EDT) that get progressively worse into the evening, usually getting very bad around 5 - 6 PM (EDT).
ISP Reference #: I was not given a reference number, however I did report the issue to my ISP, including the details below in my post. I also submitted the issue to Square Enix via the "Contact Us" page, only to get a generic pasted reply.

Each time the latency (and sometimes Error 90000) problems come up, I have done a pathping to the Gilgamesh server IP address as shown by Resource Monitor while logged into the game (199.91.189.24). From hops 7 - 9, (*.tinet.net) I typically see 5 - 20% packet loss on 2 - 3 hops, sometimes up to 30%. This seems to indicate to me that there is some issue with the service provider(s) for the Square Enix datacenters. Here is an example from this afternoon:

I have comcast internet custom built gigabyte motherboard 990fxud5 and i constantly get kicked from the server. being a healer tank and dd it can inconvenience my team mates when getting kicked in dungeons primals ect.

When does the problem occur: Everyday everytime, unstable latency, about 1000ms+ ping going up and down.
Same thing as for everyone else playing in EU i guess.
Getting hit by plumes on Titan Hm even though i've been out of the plumes for 1 sec etc.

Time: till the 27th i was "able" to play had lag in peak hours, but was almost ok, now the last 4 days, after 6pm im totally unable to play, only thing i can try to do, is take alt char and try to run fates, till game kickes me out and so on!!!
