I am going to finish Dead Space 3 then play Dead Space 1-3 and Extraction all over again on hardest difficulty then if still not out I will play Last of Us on hardest difficulty.

If still not out by then I will /sulk around the house

I would like a discernible waist. Doesn't have to be anything drastic mind you.

Char creator for alts, play car-racing sims, got Antichamber off Steam sale and played til I got 100% completion, started using Twitter, slowly setting up a personal webpage (lots of HTML and CSS adjusting), trying to decide whether to draw my miqo ♀ alt's eyes as they are in the game or if I should match them to my RL cat's eyes (which provide the inspiration for the char in the first place):

mostly are:

• FFXIV and some ARR's mp3 unstopping play on my computer.
• open other games and think where is my chocobo... then closed them.
• check FFXIV news, reddit, forum posts and youtube channel.

Since I don't have much to say beyond the fact I've been listening to Nostalgic theme songs from Motoi Sakuraba (Baiten Kaitos, Shining Force 3, etc.) and playing Dragon Force to kill time (I think it's time I dig back Suikoden 1 and 2 and do another playthrough of those), here's a pic I drew between this post and the last:

Well the first couple of weeks I was going insane trying to find amusement. Then I bought the tablet and started drawing again, thankfully I'm slowwww so that takes up a lot of time lol.

• Just finished the new Tomb Raider game. (loved it, wishing for sequel)
• Read the latest post in the SGD and other Lodestone forum threads.
• Creating even more characters in the character creator.
• Finishing up the preparations for visiting the Gamescom at the end of August.
• Play some guitar.
• Slide soullessly down the stairs, because we need to wait for ARR for a little while longer...

Let's see, I played through Dead Island, bought and played dead island: riptide, played Last of us on normal and suvivor, played some Borderlands 2 with friends, bought X-com:Enemy Unknown on xbox sale, played FTL:Faster Than Light from steam sale. browsed forums WAAAY more than I should and bitched to my cat about lack of FFXIV while he cleans his balls. >.>;

That just about covers everything. NOW I am bored out of my mind and not sure if I can contain muh tears any longer..... SE please....

I was going through some of my large game backlog this summer. I finished Tales of Graces f to prepare for Xillia, pulled out my fighting games after getting hyped by Evo 2013, and I finished Uncharted 3 last week.

Recently I decided to get back to Grand Theft Auto IV to try and finish the story...but my ps3 fatty died yesterday ; ; This month makes six wonderful years that I had my fatty. Though disheartening, this wasn't as bad as when my first ps2 died. It died after I beat Yunalesca in FFX, during a CG cut scene. I couldn't save! :mad: It was about three weeks before I got it back to finish that game.

My fatty will be sent back to Sony for repair, and a Super Slim is in route so I can continue on before ARR consumes my gaming time again. I may even load it on the new PS3 to snag a few trophies ^^

I can try answering that, but I'm no artist.

Depending on the style, and how lazy you are:
1- Try putting an extra layer on top of it with a gradient
2- Put some very bright highlights and dark shadows, then smudge them very smoothly with the finger tool -- that will give the "shine" and greasy feel that metal gets
3- For black and white, put thicker lines around that object. Generally thicker lines represents rougher or stronger textures

I know that almost pure white seems counter-intuitive for "metal-color" (it should be gray, right?!), but probably will take a good chunk of any "bright" metallic object -- because it reflects light.

I try to use some flat coloring in SAI, bring the image into photoshop CS6, and use the dodge tool on midtones for a broader range of colors that look more metallic (and maybe texture when I use certain brushes). Just be mindful when you use the dodge and burn tools. ;p

Not the best examples, but here you go: Queen of Axes, Astral Fire :)
