New Emotes you would like to see?

Just thought of another one. Correct me if there's something like this in already, but embarrassed or ashamed emote.

I'd like to see an emote similar to the Paint Brush action you use is=n Sigmascape v2.

Since your character does a little brush against their forehead like they're proud of what they drew.

The Tidus laugh

Oh i also like see hold your partner emote.

A persistent handstand emote. Though it'd probably have to disable cloth physics while you do it

A rave shuffle emote. :3

I just want a TON more 'cutsey' emotes to offend all the people who rant about Lala's, Miqote, and Au'ra being too 'cute' or too 'girly.

Give me like... 30+ more of them for each of those races... and then toss a dozen over to the Hyur, Elezen, Ro, and Viera as well for good measure...

Then give me the ability to macro them all into all my actions with no 'action queing delay' so I can go to town with it all...

Yes this! Actual hugs, kisses, cuddles, ect. I want to be able to kiss my wife :/

I would love to see emotes that interact with other players, similar to Revelation online. When you get married in Rev, you would unlock cute emotes to do with your partner like the "kabe-don" emote. Another addition I think would be cool if you could carry other players. I would also love to see additional dances added, like from KPOP groups xD

I'd just be happy to see races share emotes with themselves.

I'd love to use the female miqote /joy on my male miqote, and vice versa.

Maybe something like /keepwarm or /cold (would be opposite of /sweat) where you (I don't know the english term) "slår floke" (wave both arms out and then hug your arms toward your chest, optionally jumping at the same time, repeated several times, not too dissimilar to jumping jacks) or blow into your cold hands. A /shiver or /tummyache emote could also work. The Ishgardian soldier in Falcon's Nest trapped on the rooftop already have something like the two latter.

A /backpain or /waitbackpain (edit: /waitb for short) emote would be nice as well with all the backbreaking stuff an adventurer does. Either using both arms on ones back to stretch/support it, or hold out one arm to signal to wait a bit while supporting the back with the other.

For expressions, maybe a /leftwinkstar and /rightwinkstar (/lwinkstar, /rwinkstar for short?) where you wink, and a small shooting star comes out the corner of either eye. If it could blend with other facial expressions one could use it both for comedy effect, or to be cute.

An emote where the character makes a toast with others.

And maybe an emote where the character dusts their hands off in a “piece of cake” kinda way. (Don’t know if these were said—too many pages..)

Maybe a /snapfingers emote.

It's droprate from Eureka Pagos just got a nice buff so it's easy to come by now.

Choo choo train emote. Character makes hand motion and goes "choo choo".

Hide emote. Character makes motion to look like it's hiding behind something.

I'd like to see an emote where you play around by make small playfull jumps or skips, and if it's into a puddle or when it's raining it's followed up with some small splashes from the water.

Dedicated ear expression controls for races with expressive ears(ie. Miqote and Viera/Hrothgar if they also have animated ears)

Basic form of this would be:
Raise/Lower (possibly bound to happy/sad type Expressions)

Advanced form, which might require more animation/coding work:
Asymmetrical Raise and/or Lower for Left and Right ears (possibly bound to Wink(Left)/Wink(Right))

None of the preview emotes in the character creator for Viera or Hrothgar show any mood based ear movement from what I can tell. I'm not sure if that is still being worked on or simply not planned for these races.

This sort of attention to detail adds a lot of life to Miqo'te, but I imagine it involves a lot of extra animation work.

There are so many already, and the only ones I've used were required by quests. I haven't felt any need to go around doing them at other players.

Lotta basic ones like the "writing this down" one like we see in several spots of people writing down their rations/supplies and etc. The "head tilt" we get that's a general /thinking emote but while standing. The standing watch/guard one that you see a lot of Brass Blades doing. The basic arm under arm pose for a /cpose would be nice like we see Sidurgu standing in all the time. The looking outward emote you see some NC's doing over a cliff for a long while. Lot of persistent emotes would be nice to have to give some character.

I only need emote for the rain.

+100 to that. When me and my sweetie were seeing the Gold Saucer for the first time together, we came across the embracing couple. You may have seen them, he is shielding her eyes with his shoulder, etc. We were like... why can't we do that?!? Hehehehe. A make-out emote would rock. If they're worried about others not liking PDA moments, then have the pair standing there with a heart over their heads for bystanders, but for the two consenting to the make out emote, they see the actual kissing, etc. It'd be great for role play.

Typical Guy Wants Here: /fart /vomit /belch /sneeze followed by /snot for a truly epic macro
Typical Couple Wants Here: (Must be married or in a relationship stage of some sort) /makeout /consentkiss (both have to be targeting each other and type it within 15 seconds of each other and they actually kiss) /holdhands /cuddle /sitcuddle /swak (playful swat on the behind) /pinch
Typical Terrible Wants Here: /mouthbleed /eyebleed /deathbleed (Grab at your gut, blood gushes out, fall over and pretend to die) /bonebreak (Hear a snap and character clutches at their broken arm hanging at a weird angle) /necksnap (grabs own head, twists and hear the popping sounds that makes most people cringe) /knucklepop (Same but with knuckles)
Typical Normal Wants Here: /poor (Reaches into pocket, finds lint and looks bashful) /rich (reaches into pocket and pulls out a bag of clinking gil) /debt (reaches into pocket and pulls out an envelope marked 'utility bills') /streetbeg (Sits down on the ground holding a sloppy handwritten type sign that says 'will raid for food')

I really need a persistent emote of stuffing my face full of food. The game heavily supports RP bars and restaurants but no /eat emote? Best I can do is pull out my tomestone and instagram my food platter like a hipster.

This has probably been mentioned before but I want a sneeze emote. And a cough.

I want the shush emote we and the Exarch did in cutscenes.

I need an ogi (Japanese hand fan), a kyowagasa (Japanese umbrella for the summer), an umbrella for 50% of weather when it' raining.

I want a sneeze emote, especially since I'm allergic to miqotes. :)
