A game that has a monthly sub fee and these problems is deeply disappointing. I don't expect to get the same issues that GW2 has suffered from for the past year and yet here we are.
The culling is a complete joke, the sound stutter is appalling and the massive fps drop is astounding. SE needs to optimise this game asap.
I like the game, it's a game I know I can play for a while to come but, NOT with these issues.
I would like there to be a regular update on how they plan to solve these issues. The GW2 team kept players up to date with what they were doing about culling and fps issues.
Get rid of culling asap or at least re-prioritise the culling order. Do something, please.

Not sure if this has been pointed out, but you are going to get lower FPS in towns and higher populated areas due to how many characters are on screen, on my old video card i could get decent FPS on my own and with a nice size group of people, but when going into stormwind my FPS droped down to 13 or so, and my god, it was awful when pandaraia hit, it went down to 6 FPS the night of release.
Now the fps dropping when turing the camera may be related to loading of the graphics on your end. i've gotten from anywhere from 110 FPS looking up in the sky with nothing rendiering to 13 FPS in crowd of 100 people at max settings. i have almost the same video card as the guy who started the topic, mines a over clock card though.

Hi guys, I'm having quite a huge fps problem with ARR. I only manage to get around 15-18fps, down to 10-15 in a town, with graphics set to Desktop (medium), or even Laptop (medium). The problem is that my computer should be more than able to run the game much better than that : I have a Intel Core i5-2500K CPU @ 3.30GHz, 8GB RAM and a GTX 560 Ti (the 2GB version).
I tried to lower the graphics, disabling almost everything I can, to no avail. It's not an overheating problem (both my CPU and GPU are around 30-35°C while playing).
I ran the benchmark, getting a score around 1500-1700... My girlfriend ran it too, getting more than 11k and around 50fps in cities with the same graphics, with roughly the same CPU, 12GB and a GTX460.
I can't understand what goes wrong here, maybe some of you could have an idea? (I can post the detailed benchmark results if it could help, but I'd then have to re-run it to set it to English.)
