Will there be any other mean of character progression different from gear upgrades at max level, similar or alike the merit system of ffxi? There could be class/job quests to unlock special skills, or armor sets that when complete can add a new ability, and not just stat upgrades.

This question has been vaguely asked but I want to be more specific.
It's been discussed in depth on the forums but, the armory system seems to limit the number of jobs available to us as players. Having to create a new class every time you want a new job seems tedious. Are there any plans to adopt more than one job per class?

Will classes no longer be completely overshadowed by jobs, and possibly have quests for their own AF and relic weapons?

You previously have mentioned a possability of implementing more classes/jobs like samurai, ninja, dark knight, etc. Would the implementation of additional classes/jobs be coming in an expansion or would you possibly add more in an update/patch?

When will a third dow or dom class be added in limsa? So all three cities have 3 choices?
