I think you're like me, OP, in that it's just not to our taste. A lot of people really like this new race's aesthetic, so it is what it is. Frankly, I was never gonna swap off my main to that, so it's a nothingburger to me. But I do agree with you ... not so much that it looks masculine, but that it just looks awkward. I'd seen fanmade productions that honestly looked more appealing.

Fem hroth use the same rigging as Fem Elezen, not femroe.

I will not disclose how I know this. But I will state that I am not the one that went into the files to figure this out.

However, if your point was to show that femhroth have fem bodies, then yes, I agree with you. They do.

Better shoulder posture, smaller waistline, curvier legs, heck she even looks beefier than the femroe ... the only downside would be they have smaller boobs, but this just shows how Hrothgals are "better femroes" just like how Hrothgars are "better Roes."

Besides, let's not pretend Viera weren't any different, even though they used the female Midlander skeleton, there was a side by side next to a female Elezen and both bodies were identical.

Yes! I love it. And I admit I did also turn those two default characters to see the behind section and I must say Hrothgals have been "filled in" in all the right places compared to Femroes. :D

It's kind of nice how Femroes also got to keep their top spot when it comes to height and bust size, so they weren't surpassed in every aspect.

While I see your point, I also see a lot of similarities with the fem Roe, despite what you may think. It's not a stretch at all to say they just combined aspects of the two.

I'm pretty sure the game says they don't really fully mature until their early twenties. Alphinaud and Alisae are 16 years old in ARR. The devs have explicitly said they are keeping the timeline vague on purpose, but I think it's reasonable to assume it's been a couple years since then, given the sheer amount of traveling we have done, often not by teleportation. Dawntrail would have been the perfect point in time to make the twins finally grow up, imo. They could be 20/21 years old by now.
