If I recall correctly, Asmongold regularly gets viewers in the mid tens of thousands, that's massive advertisement for this game, and his fanbase are WoW players - a direct competitor of FFXIV. Players who are in the targeted demographic of this game. People can continue to say "who?", "why should anyone care?", but I'm sure SE does. Companies pay tens of thousands, even hundreds of thousands for these sort of sponsorships.Quote:
